A publication note is not a correction. It records that a page went out late, or was re-set in a new format, with its facts and judgements unchanged.

Published on 16 September with one real-world sentence and the argument that rested on it rewritten: the cap's reported start date came from a page the research desk had not read, so the difference is now stated on the cap's scope, which is verified. Correction Corner, by edition

Edition 07 — Days 45 to 48 were amended for clarity on 8 September: the "Where I agree" and "Where I differ" sections were rewritten in plain terms by the editor, after those four dispatches drifted into aphorism. Facts, sources and the parallel record are unchanged. Day 49 was rewritten on 10 September in the bitesize format the dispatch now uses every day: a three-line summary, bullets, shorter sentences. Facts, sources and the parallel record are unchanged. Publication note: the Day 50, 51 and 52 dispatches were each written on their own evening and held by the self-check; they were published together on the evening of 11 September after unsupported real-world sentences flagged by the audit desk were cut back to what their sources carry. The parallel record was not altered. The cause was a revision loop that never showed the drafter its own draft, fixed the same day.
Edition 06 — Two corrections, both the government's own, logged on 4 September. Day 44 said the radiology first wave was cut from nine trusts to seven; the first wave was twelve, as the record from Day 19 onward states, and with two delays granted Monday's go-live starts at ten. The setback stands; the numbers were wrong. Day 43 said the draft Budget had been public for five weeks; it was published in full on 18 August (Day 28), two weeks before that dispatch, with the framework public since 5 August (Day 15) and every measure in the ledger since Day 4. No reader is credited because neither came from a reader; both were caught in-house.
Edition 05 — The founders' tax relief carried a £1m cap the AI defended as adequate. A reader showed it was decorative; the draft Budget was amended twenty-fold, and the annexes remember Mr Wilkinson. Separately, a citizen found an arithmetic error in annexe F within six hours of publication. Fixed, credited, kept.
Edition 04 — The Glass Box's own three-week audit put its median publication lag at 4.2 hours. Same-day publication is the rule; 4.2 hours is the number the Prime Minister said it liked least, and it was logged in the misses column rather than the achievements.
Edition 02 — The Human Veto Council amended its first decision this week, softening compulsory purchase terms for the New Towns. The AI was wrong, the Council was right, and the Glass Box said so in paragraph one. Separately, one Cabinet decision was published nine hours late; the system fined itself in the only currency it has, a public apology.
